 HOW?
  • Our Special Social Committee is mandated to look after the interest of the elderly.
     
  • The Special Social Committee will not only cater for the 'previously disadvantaged', but also cater for the 'currently disadvantaged'.
     
  • We are determined to enlarge the Johannesburg Metro Police Department with more police officers on duty to ensure that broken down intersections have a pointsman.
     
  • Put an end to corruption and nepotism in the Government.
     
  • Upgrade the fire department to a world standard with properly qualified and trained staff.
     
  • Support the boomed area sector policing and 'Bobby on the Beat'.
     
  • Secure school areas by enforcing speed limits in and around schools.
     
  • Allow pensioners free passage on Metro Buses.
     
  • Upgrade the standards at City Clinics.
     
  • Upgrade and make our City Parks safe.
     
  • Upgrade the Billing system and ensure residents are treated with respect. Advocate that a Municipal Ombudsman be appointed to hear the grievances of ratepayers.
     
  • Make billing and other services available at Regional level.
     
  • Upgrade public facilities to accommodate the elderly and disabled.
